assistants were very helpful but your computer systems were very slow and it took 20 minutes to change 2 pillows!

Everything in the store was very good. After selecting my mattress and happy with the price, I was absolutely horrified at the delivery cost (39.50 ) and the the cost to take away my old mattress ( 39.50 ) totally unjustified a down right RIP OFF!!!

When my bed is delivered and I have slept in it then I shall be quite happy to fill in another questionnaire and hopefully tick highly satisfied for everything!

Did not receive a lot of help from the assistant he was too laid back and did not advise me so that I could make a confident choice. During the buying process the sat delivery slot disappeared which was very annoying however the assistant did phone the warehouse and sorted out a Saturday delivery for me which has arrived so very pleased with that

The item I wanted to view was not in store. The prices are a little high, but the product was a bed for my daughter and that was the one she wanted.

I thought that some of the products were very expensive. I was also refused credit because of my age. Finally I had to wait quite a while to be seen as the employees were busy with other people. Apart from that a very pleasant experience. When I was seen to the employee was polite, interested and very keen to help.

The delivery was not great...the guys wanted to get out so quickly that they gave us the wrong mattress meaning I had to be in later on again so they could collect the king size they had incorrectly dropped off!
