When I first went to the shop in Portslade, the assistant ignored me and when I asked about what type of mattress i was interested in, said that the ones with green pillows were the firm ones. He left me to walk around but offered no further assistance. There are so many different mattress needed to know which was which. I went to ask information and another assistant was much more helpful.

the only issue was the lady serving us could have been a lot quicker at the ordering stage... however she was excellent in all other areas and wouldn't fault anything else...

Highly satisfied indicates very high level of customer service was given which I didn't feel was the case. It was a good level hence the lower mark

We found the perfect single and double mattresses that we wanted but not a new bed including divan.

It was fine I would have liked more single Beds very small amount to chose from.

We wanted to brows at our own pace and time we didn't feel rushed but didn't get instant help either but we were happy to look and try first would have bee Nice to have a coffee machine on site and s customer seating area to chat before making such a big decision.

Little pricey for my liking. I don't like that you have to pay delivery- it seems unreasonable.

Everything was fine. Just the staff members were a bit distracted wandering around and first one person helped and then they disappeared and then another person spoke to us and another person did the order. But I'm not complaining about it - it was all ok. Just to write highly satisfied would have been good if one person had helped us from start to finish
