We were very clear with the product that we wanted to purchase , the product was purchased by my sons partner in 2011and wsa a Kennedy type we were after todays equivalent which we were able to view we purchase a Insignia Burnham 1600 k Mattress.

We had to hang around with our very diligent and helpful assistant Rae before he had access to a computer to place our order. A 3rd computer would have made out visit much more pleasurable and be of benefit to your employees

Once we had decided to purchase we had to wait to place our order as all computers were in use placing orders for other customers

The assistant kevin was great and cant fault him the product range was good but could have been more option avaliable and there was no super king duvets in stock, if there were a couple more options and less of a price jump from budget to medium range and if there were superking duvets in stock then would have been highly satisfied rather than just satisfied.

Good service from staff as always. I probably would have liked a wider choice on the pocket sprung mattress I wanted to buy. In particular a wider choice of brands.

There were no members of staff who made the effort to come no ask if we needed help. In fact two members of staff were sat at a desk and we had to ask them if they could help us.

To be highly satisfied the product would have been cheaper and delivery quicker

I thought the price paid was a bit high
