Dreams - Brighton

Very good help at both shop lots of info and left to try out the bed in are own time.Both men at Brighton branch where great and the lady at Horsham was great as we needed to do a check before ordering by phone.

Greeted on arrival. Judy was very knowledgeable about the products and helpful in agreeing a pricing package.

we were met by an assistant directly we entered the store and would like to have been left to look around on our own and then asked for assistance.

I wanted a wood back rest for a super king bed . Dreams do not stock this or even arrange to have one imported.

Nothing specific.

Last time we visited we were promised a phone call back to inform us of when a product was available. We were not called.

Judy was just wonderful - a great help

All purchasing critieria meet. Sales assistant knowledgeable and helpful

Salesperson did not read her audience so well. We wanted to buy and she didn't need to be paternalistic The store is fine

The experience was as I would expect. There was nothing special with the service, nor was there anything bad.
