one of the assistants did try to rush us into making a purchase however we were passed to another person who was better and he completed the purchase.

I was satisfied, I was hoping for discount on the mattress itself though the assistant did give us satisfactory discount

I knew what i wanted and did not rely on the product knowledge of the shop assistant so therefore don't think any of the questions deserve a highly satisfied answer

After we had decided what wardrobes we wanted to order, we went to the desk where 3 males where standing talking. They just looked at us. I said we would like to order some wardrobes please. We were offered a seat but I found the male to be quite aloof throght the whole ordering process. We have ordered an extra large 3 sliding door wardrobe. I do not know if this automatically comes with soft closers. I was not offerred them so am presuming they are included. I telephoned the store when I got in to double check but nobody answered desite the fact the store did not close until 8pm
