We got a deal but not a wow deal. I felt the sales assistant was being watched by her manager which made me feel uncomfortable.

we knew what we wanted so assistance was not needed, only dealt with a staff member to place the order

The staff were great however I used the toilets and I thought they were a bit dirty which effected my experience!

The assistant pounced on us the moment we walked into the store which Ok is good but give us a chance to walk in the door. They then said they would leave us to look and and wouldn’t bother us but then proceeded to stay next to us the entire time. Even after me saying I’ll check with my husband and come find you when we’ve decided. Thought this to be a little intrusive, I like shopping alone but have someone nearby who I can call to if need help. Feel it puts too much pressure on you when your being followed.

My bed is arriving 30 Aug and I decided to order a headboard the next day but the earliest that can be delivered is 1 Sept and I would have liked that both items could be delivered on 30th Aug.

still awaiting to hear when bed will be in stock and delivered if at all, and yet you have taken the full payment, would it not have been better to take a deposit until you could confirm bed was in going to be arriving in the country.
