Nothing about the store at all my visit was faultless but I haven’t had the bed delivered yet so don’t know the outcome until this has been done.

There was no movement on the price. I had been to other shops and here the price was negotiable. Other than that I was very satisfied

Very Satisfied , arrived early when the store just opened offered a cup of tea. Was given the right amount of guidance and allowed to explore things for ourselves to start with

everything was going great, and a man was on the telephone to a customer whilst Kevin whom was assisting us apologized several times and explained we were not able to process payment until his colleague was off the phone line and then we were able to use the debit card machine that took quite a while as the customer on phone had a lot to ask

Highly satisfied is a very high standard and not something I would rate to a bed purchase
