I was very pleased to find the exact bed frame and mattress I wanted, except the mattress was out of stock so I had to choose a different one. I was then informed that I would have to wait over 5 weeks for it to be delivered, which is a long time as I am currently sleeping on a rubbish bed which is giving me back problems. I could have chosen somewhere else to get a bed delivered quicker, but I had my heart set on this specific one at dreams (which was within my budget too). Overall I was very pleased with Kevin who helped me out, but the long delivery time is a real pain.

Overall we were satisfied but we had to keep going back to the sales assistant to ask questions. We would have appreciated more pro-active help with information and being guided around the store.

I was genuinely impressed with the customer service I received. Just not knowing a lot about the difference between the types of mattress available made it difficult to understand the quality difference between one costing £2k and one in the sale costing £200 - interestingly Ikea show cross section of how a mattress is constructed and this helps!

I had to wait a fair amount of time before someone was available to help. The items in the sale were not available in store; only much more expensive sale items. I then had to wait a fair amount of time again before I could place the order. The sales operative did not know that the 40 night guarantee is only available in store and not online.

The lady that dealt with us was very nice and helpful but a little too much, as we wanted to talk rather than have her hovering over us.

I felt additional products were try to be sold too often. If I wanted them I would have purchased it.
