Salesmen were on hand for info and did not push. But when i ordered, he was pushy about buying extras such as longer cover. I didnt like that. Also have to wait nearly a month for the mattress to be delivered.

placing the order took a long time - not the sale's assistant's fault, just the number of boxes etc to tick.

The bed we were looking to purchase a few months ago had increased in price so a great big £150 off sticker could be placed on it, reducing it to exactly what is was priced at!

Customer service was great had a nice cup of coffee and accommodated our children with balloons. No major pressure was put on us to purchase which I liked. Not sure I got great value for money on the bed and mattress but that’s probably me not having to buy a bed for quite some time more than anything. Would of liked a quicker delivery service but yet again that seems the norm with beds and not what I’m used to.

Original sales person made it sound like they could offer me a better discount - finance was very complicated as my address and delivery address were not the same

Easy to find the product after researching via the internet. Fair price with the discount given. A shame that the white one was not easily available as the grey one but my daughter actually preferred the grey bed... so all was good in the end!

satisfied is good,we can always do better. first mattress bought for years,so no other store to compare service with. maybe offer a cold drink other than water.

We had a reasonably clear idea on what we were looking for and appreciated that there would only be a limited number of high end of the range products on show. As, no doubt with your competitors as well, there is a lack of information conveyed as to the best constructed product ie how many springs should be in a mattress and how are the bases put together etc. The staff and shop were excellent and perhaps you could convey this to them.

The assistant was knowledgeable and friendly. The day I bought the bed coincided with the 20% off weekend so I was very pleased with my purchase.
