I was highly satisfied with my visit to Dreams but the only feedback I would give was that I think all staff should have worn the plastic masks like other shops I have visited do so they are protected as well as the customer. It was a pleasure to go in though and to find they were on the door greeting customers with hand gel and free water and advising if trying a bed to take a pillow cover to use then dispose of.

I was happy with the service and staff, not sure what highly satisfied means but feel satisfied is still a good rating.........

Judy was extremely helpful when we were trying to decide on which mattress best suited us. With her help j think we made a good and informed choice. Actually paying for the mattress did then take 45 minutes though as the computer was a bit slow (with what seemed like a complicated system) and we were paying partly using finance. However it was great to have the option to spread payment with 0% interest.

I was looked after very well at the store ... but it’s impossible to chose a new mattress quickly! No problems at all.
