On the day of purchase we took out the insurance cover but on returning home we decided it was not for us so I phoned the store to cancel which was not a problem but I was told that the delivery date would be changed. I received a phone call to inform me that the delivery date would be about 5 weeks later. This seems to be a result of my cancelling the insurance and does not seem to be good practice.

Delay sorting delivery date as was told a date then it suddenly got changed for a month later. However judy rang me 2 weeks later telling me there was an earlier delivery slot now

The shopping experience was excellent, but unfortunately once we had chosen a mattress we found only one bed frame which we liked; this was not in stock in the country any more.

We were hoping for more special offers

Being satisfied is pretty good, I didn’t expect to be highly satisfied with anything so that makes me a happy customer. 😀

I seldom give the top marking for any marking & up to now we have only made the initial purchase so await the actual delivery.
