Our sales assistant, Guy, was very helpful and informative, offering plenty of choice. He knew where all the mattresses were and was patient and chatty whilst we made up our minds and tried out the different mattresses.

Judy was very patient, knowledable and understood our indivual needs

the sales assistant immediately was interested to know what our needs were and did not try to sell us anything outside of our remit. She was extremely friendly and good-humored and gave us the impression that she had all the time in the world for us. the sales process was easy and good in that we were offered flexibility around the delivery date as we do not know for sure that the bedroom would be carpeted in time.

The display range was excellent so trying out various mattresses was very easy and an essential component of the visit. Also, the staff were knowledgeable and able to give good clear information and advice when we needed it.
