Judy had a very good knowledge on how to test the beds not just on your back by going on your side and showing different values of mattresses

Judy the assistant was very knowledgeable in helping us to make the best desision on mattress and head board. .plus the type of bed for our needs. .she knew exactly the right mattress would be suitable for us just by looking while we tried out a few. Would recommend her to friends and family. ..A lovely helpful lady.

Judy was very attenative to our needs and knew that our first chioce was,nt right for and suggested we try the bed out al be it was slightly more expensive.

I was thoroughly explained about the products I was buying. Judy the shop assistance was very patient and very friendly. I had my 7 year old son who kept asking her questions about the bed I was buying but Judy remained very professional despite constant questioning from my son. I was able to learn a lot about the bunky bed I was buying.

Unsurpassed knowledge about the products, eager and enthusiastic, very attentive and happy to share her knowledge without going off on a tangent. Very friendly and welcoming, didn't rush us and was only satisfied when we were satisfied. If only every shopping trip was as enjoyable as this one.
