Steve was exceptional. He was very knowledgable about the products available, left us to look without pressure but was then there when we needed help. He was friendly and patience as my daughters changed their minds about the mattress firmness! I can not praise him enough. The store was quiet which made choosing a pleasure and Steve made us feel as though we were very important customers to him. Thank you so much Dreams, I will be recommending you to everyone!

Went looking for a comfey bed met a wonderfull lady Judy she was more than helpful nothing was too much to ask , as I have a shattered leg and spongilitis of the spine she took time to find me the most suitable bed and was the most helpful she could be would recommend everyone here I would give her 100/100 she deserves more than 10/10 will be visiting again to giver her flowers

Good selection of beds and mattresses with very knowledgeable staff.

I purchased a bed in April, this was a repeat order but quick, efficient, given an alternative on mattress, everything clear and easy

I wasn't to sure about coming back to dreams as just over 2 years ago I brought a bed and I'm having to replace it already but that is just life I guess but I got in the store and your guys reassured me that this time round there will be no problems and that if there is then just go back and see them and they will help me claim on the warranty that I took out .. This store was a very nice looking store .. I will recommend dreams to friends and family

The service we received from the staff member who looked after us Was first class she was very knowledgable about all of the products, nothing was to much trouble for her, overall this was a very good shopping experience for both my wife and myself.
