The assistant, Judy , was extremely helpful and kind. We were offered tea, and she dealt with the order efficiently. Excellent customer service - the advice was superb and having slept in the bed now, was also accurate.

The salesperson, Steve, was helpful, friendly and informative but not pushy. At other stores we visited we couldn't wait to leave when the salesperson would not leave us alone to have our personal discussion about the products.

Judy, the Sales Assistant was extremely helpful. When we arrived she asked if she could help and when we said we were just looking, she left us to do that, before offering her help again. She was extremely knowledgeable about the products and took great pains to ensure we bought the right bed and mattress. at all times she was professional.

Judys product knowledge was excellent, she assesed our needs and we actually purchased her first recommendation even though she patiently went though other options with 6s when we were laying on nearly every bed in the shop !

The assistant Judy was extremely helpful and enthusiastic and showed a wide knowledge of all the products on offer. We was encouraged to try out several different beds to suit our individual requirements. So overall we was delighted with the service we had.
