We received excellent service, were offered a coffee whilst we were browsing and when we had questions were informed of the information required very quickly. The members of staff were polite listened to our needs and concerns.

I saw two beds I liked, the explanation about the mattresses was helpful and enabled me to make an informed decision. The main reason I chose the bed from Dreams was your delivery as I needed to have a bed delivered quickly

Assistant left us alone to browse which is what we like but was very helpful and knowledgeable when we asked questions. He took time to point out different options and did not mode when we asked him to price them for us.

The sales assistant was very helpful and my order was planned very quickly..

Staff were very knowledgeable on the products and gave us good advice when choosing a mattress. The sales man was not too pushy and let us get on with making up our own minds.

The gentleman who served us was particularly helpful and friendly and ensured we were getting all the right products.

The sales person Guy was empathetic to my needs he was totally understanding and very helpful

Steve was a wonderful sales advisor, he was very patient and understood my needs. Had a smile the whole hour we were in store and was extremely professional

Having been directed to this store by another smaller store we found the bed that met our requirements. The staff did not hassle us into deciding before we were ready, made it clear that they were available if we needed them and gave us time and space to consider our decision. When we did ask for assistance it was friendly and prompt.

We weren't hounded by staff as soon as we walked in, we looked and tried several beds, and got assistance from Guy when we wanted it, who was very helpful.
