Judy the assistance was very helpful and answered all our questions

I hate it when you go into a shop/store and the sales staff are over your shoulder the whole time putting pressure on. I now just walk out of stores that operate this way. Our salesperson - Rae - got the balance just right of being helpful, with good information and guidance - and leaving us alone when needed. This was a significant factor in us making our purchase today.

The Young man/Kevin who served me was highly efficient & had very good product knowledge! The fact I have some back trouble, I get very hot in bed & the various things I wanted storagewise too! Staff were helpful but not pushy which meant we felt we could take time to make the right choice rather than feel pressurised or simply leave.

We got exactly what we were looking for, it was easy and stress free. Judy was really helpful and knowledgeable and was able to find us what we were looking for. The only point I would like to make is about the cost, as we didn't really want to spend over £1,000 and our total cost was nearly £1,300.

The sales assistant Judy couldn't be more helpful its the sort of customer service you used to get in the past but hard to find today

Judy was an excellent sales person. I cannot rate her highly enough. She took time to genuinely understand our needs. She did not upsell, but presented each product on its merits. This gave us confidence in the products for objective reasons. She took time to diligently prepare the order and replay everything to us. Customer service this good is rare nowadays, Judy is an asset to Dreams.
