The Sales person who's name was Judy was excellent. her knowledge of the products on sale was extremely impressive. She is an asset to your organisation. She took the time to explain everything which we asked of her. A very helpful person. Thank you

The sales assistant Judy, was very knowledgable helpful and constructive. She listened to us and made recommendations accordingly. She explained everything very well and the order went through with no trouble even accommodating our specific delivery date.

Helpful & knowledgeable staff who explained colour coding etc as soon as we entered store. Don't waste time looking at what we didn't want. Able to narrow down and make selection easily and quickly. Good experience overall.

I knew from having brought my mattress here a few years ago, that there would be good service and quality of items. On the day I had taken my Dad, Eric Clark , to purchase a full bed, whilst there a brought a new mattress protector as the 'free' one that dreams had given me with my mattress purchase had worn elastic and had starting marking the mattress. My first choice protector wasn't available, but I'm happy enough with the one I purchased. I was happy with the attention that Judy had given my Dad in finding the right type of mattress for him. It was just a shame we couldn't have had it delivered when we needed it, on the 6th of june rather than the 10th. But I understand that Judy was happy to call hq and find out if a day or two earlier might have been possible, even though she thought it unlikely.

The manager help us choose and advised us as much as he was able we both have sleeping problems, but at the end of the day we had to decide on which one we felt would be best for us!
