The price was right we were lucky enough to find a matress in our price range in the sale.

The service from Martin and his colleague was excellent.

Very impressed with the store, it was very clean light and airy. Rae the salesman was extremely knowledgable and helpful without being pushey. When it came to placing our order, Rae was very efficient and guided us through the process, answering any queries we had promptly. Altogether a most pleasant shopping experience!

Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They were very busy the day we went in but yet we didn't feel we were waiting for a long time or rushed through our decision - this is a very rare trait and Steve does it well

Attentive staff who left us alone once they had explained what was required. No pushy sales pitches!

The store was well laid out with all the different types of bed colour coded so we were able to focus only on the types in which we were interested. The sales men were friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy. We were able to wander around trying the beds without being followed everywhere, Nevertheless there was always someone on hand to answer our questions and give useful advice.

Normally I avoid sales people but rae was pleasent not pushy and very knowledgeable. Helped us make a desicion that we wanted. Topped off with a lovely cup of coffee it was a very enjoyable experience. Hubby and I will definitely recommend the Shoreham store. Thank you .
