The salesperson Judy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We were fortunate to be in the shop on a day when extra discounts were available, so the price we paid was very competitive compared to equivalents elsewhere. The bed in question was attractive and seemed well made.

The quantity to choose from makes sizes and the different finishes to the beds.

Able to wander about the store with no sales pressure, and when I needed some information Steve I think his name is was very helpful and knowledgable. Very good variety of products, and I will return for more bedroom items in the near future.

We were greeted by Martin and we advised we were after a bed named 'Rayner', this was online only or very new in stock but he advised to have a look around so we did and he checked on us once and demonstrated an ottoman for us, we ended up buying that ottoman. We don't like being followed around and being bombarded by sales jargon and we weren't, literally 20in and out and delivery in just over a week, couldn't be happier.

everything I wanted to buy was available in store or at the depot for delivery. and I had a choice of delivery dates

Friendly knowledgeable assistance once we were open to discuss what we were after. Beforehand they offered assistance but did not pursue this once we advised that we wanted to look around on our own.

Right from the beginning I was told that I would not be pressurised and invited to look around the store at my own pace and ask for further assistance if / when I needed it. This made me feel relaxed and willing to explore in detail. I was also offered a coffee whilst I was browsing which was a pleasant and welcome surprise. When I did ask for assistance, it was very factual and I wasn't put under any pressure. I felt I was treated like a friend would treat me.
