Dreams - Brighton

We were looking for a sofa bed in clean bright store and were very pleased with the help we received from the assistant and the products on show. The model we chose exactly met our needs and was good value for money.

We were given time to look around before the sales staff approached us although they given us a cheery good afternoon so we knew they were available. When we were ready for help he was extremely helpful, purchase was swift and delivery booked for 4 days later. Perfect

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Knew what they were talking about and listened to what our requirements were. It was all very quick friendly and easy with some good laughs thrown in. Could not have asked for anything better.

Nothing was to much bother, the sales person even made us a coffee! We were able to ask any question we wanted without feeling silly. He was knowledgeable and very friendly, but didn't crowd us and allowed us to make our own decisions (we had been to four other retailers by the time we got to this store and was feeling a little jaded with all the info we had received previously) He really took his time to understand without pushing products onto us. Very good experience

Very friendly staff, no pressure to buy, good choice of products, all questions answered and parked easily

The chap in the store was very helpful. The lads who delivered the mattress were very helpful.

Kevin the assistant was very attentive but not overbearing. He gave us the information we required and then left us to quietly try the beds.

Sales assistant advised us appropriately enabling us to make an informed & quick decision.
