My partner was unhappy with me for not stopping for a drink before coming into the store. We were offered tea or coffee as soon as we entered and it immediately made us both smile. The staff were friendly and polite without feeling intrusive at all, and let us get on with the job of finding a mattress which felt right. A great experience!

The store assistant was helpful and we were able to get our product delivered within a few days.

Rae was really helpful and had excellent product knowledge. He could answer all my questions and was quick in placing our order. He was very friendly and I returned to dreams specifically to order my bed with his help.
