Judy our advisor was so helpful and went out if her way to provide us with information and get the best deals. She was very friendly and we went away very happy customers.

Excellent advice and assistance from Judy, good range of beds and, ultimately, the right pillow and mattress for the next decade. We weregiven time to discuss the choices without being pressured or hassled, and Judy was around to give us technical and options advice. Very good all-round basically, and easy to part with a grand...maybe too easy!

In your Brighton store we had a lovely and helpful of staff called Steve. He was very helpful!

I had spoken with Samira on line a couple of days ago and she was most helpful in advising about the type of matress. In store Judy was excellent in assisting with selection of the best bed for us. - I went to the store expecting to buy a firm matress and found out that medium suited my needs much better.

We were seen straight away, shown similar item to what we wanted. Early delivery booked, and a good price. Thank you.

From reception through to completion of sale, the service was excellent. Martin was welcoming and informative. The coffee was good! There was no "sales pressure" and we were able to test out and closely examine the item we eventually purchased without hassle. All in all a very pleasant and satisfying experience! (unlike some we have had from other companies!)
