Our sales advisor Martin was excellent . Helpful beyond words and made us feel relaxed and welcome . His knowledge was brilliant and we feel really happy with our shopping experience . We would highly recommend dreams and Martin if available , although the entire team seemed friendly and welcoming . Importantly they didn't come across as pressurising, which totally puts a customer off .

Martin was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, without being intrusive or pushy. We really appreciated his help and attentiveness. We were offered two cups of tea during our visit which was lovely - we didn't want to leave!

I was given a really lovely experience at Dreams in Portslade. It was a welcoming atmosphere when I entered and was greeted immediately. The salesman, Steve, asked me what I was looking for and took me over to what was available in store. He provided me with my own pillow, a cup of tea and gave me the space I needed to try out the beds he'd pointed out that would meet my needs. When I was ready to purchase my product, he was available again to deal with my needs and made the whole experience very pleasant.

The sales assistant made me feel at ease and encouraged me to try the beds out. As a larger lady he did not make direct reference to my size, even when I made comments he stayed respectful but steered me towards the most suitable products without making me feel pressured. I did feel slightly uncomfortable with his colleague who sat still and silent with his head down during my entire time in the store.

Martin was very helpful and knowledgeable, giving us enough attention, yet enough time to try out the mattresses. The colour coding of the different range of mattresses in the store was also helpful.

The store worker was very helpful I was in and out with a new mattress ordered within 20minutes. The mattress was delivered within 3 days and very comfortable for my daughter.
