Very helpful assistance manager Kevin Jackson was not pushy, Good products knowledge. And very friendly.

The service we got from Judy at the Portslade store was brilliant. She was extremely helpful and knowledgably. Due to her help I didn't look anywhere else.

The sales assistant was helpful, but didn't get in the way. He also made a very nice cup of coffee and answered any and all questions I had. Also very polite and friendly. The store was nicely laid out, overall a positive experience.

Rae was very friendly and knowledgeable and we were dealt with swiftly and efficiently

We don't like to be pestered by salespeople trying to earn their commission - this was one reason why we left Bensons. At Dreams we found there were staff available to field our questions when we asked them, but we were left alone to look around the rest of the time.
