Greeted in a friendly manner and offered a coffee. Shown the colour system so we understood the difference in the products we were looking at. He was very knowledgeable and gave us all the information required to help us choose. He then left us alone, but was available for any questions, so we could try the beds and discuss between us without feeling any pressure at all. After deciding we were then told about various payment plans and sorted a delivery date.

Friendly service and very patient when it came to my indecisiveness as to whether or not I would be buying a headboard. All questions I had were answered. Overall very happy with service and the products.

The staff were friendly and very helpful but gave us time on our own to try out the various products we were viewing. We particularly like to be able to browse without someone there all the time. When we did have a question the staff were immediately available. We couldn't fault them.

The man who served us greeted us immediately when walking in with a smile. Told us about which beds to be looking at as it was for our own bedroom, told us not to worry about our kids jumping all over the place offered us tea and coffee. He did not drive a pushy sale in any way and approached us after about 15 minutes to ask if we needed any help. He also finished of our purchase with complimentary pillows. Was so so pleased with how easy and quickly we found our mattress and how friendly the staff were. Would definitely not hesitate in purchasing from dreams again.
