Dreams - Brighton

The salesman was great. He gave advice while leaving us to look and then returned to help more. We have been to the Portslade store before and have been given the 'HARD SELL' by a lady, this did put us off to return but when we entered the store she was not there.

Kevin was an excellent salesman and gave us just the right amount of attention when we needed it and left us alone to browse when we wanted to do that

I visited early evening and was served by Kevin. He was so helpful. He helped choose exactly what size beds I needed, took time to look through all the options and and gave me all the information I needed on everything. He has arranged delivery of new and collection of old beds and even got some extra bedding. Got everything I wanted in one visit. Thank you Kevin

Service excellent and had just what I wanted

The assistant was knowledgeable,friendly and helpful but not intrusive. If I want to just browse I don't want someone trailing after me. If I need assistance,I will ask for it. This experience was perfect

I visited the Portslade shop twice. I saw 2 different members of staff both of which were extremely likeable and knowledgeable. I was given my preferred type of pillow to lie on whilst testing the bed too - which was a nice touch! I suffer with a really bad back, and rarely manage a good nights sleep on someone else's mattress. I am changing from a King to SuperKing - hence the new mattress, but because of my problems with sleeping I was worried about changing my mattress. Both colleagues were very helpful and talked at length to me about comfort to allay my fears. I have yet to receive the mattress but I am very happy with my choice and the level of service I received. My last mattress was a dreams one, but the products and level of service has only increased in quality since I bought my last mattress 12 years ago.

Assistant was courteous and knowledgeable , he also didn't keep following us around but allowed us to wander about as we chose, but was always availiable if we did have any questions
