Very welcoming and knowledgeable sales man. Introduced himself as soon as we walked in, and asked if we needed any help. When we said we were happy to browse offered us some refreshment. After deciding on our choice of bed, he immediately checked availability, and delivery date options for us. Very efficient service.

Helpful sales people made choosing what I wanted east. Everything was clearly labled and colour coded to meet my specific needs. Only in the shop for 30 minutes, which is good because i don't like shopping at all.

We were very happy with our experience in the Portslade branch of Dreams. Rae was friendly, helpful and really looked after us. Would highly recommend this store. Very pleased.

Steve was very helpful and made the whole experience very enjoyable and a coffee thrown in too.

Steve was a ‘dream’ to deal with, made us feel at ease and no pressure put on us at all during our visit to the store. The store was very well laid out, clean and the colour coding of the mattress types really help us navigate to the ones we wanted.
