Steve the assistant was very friendly and informative.

Offered a coffee/tea on arrival - were not harrassed and allowed to take our time trying the mattresses out for ages - even given a pillow to take around with us ! no pushy sales people just friendly and helpful lot of choice well signed using colour coded banners and pillows

Rae was such a lovely friendly gentlemen who helped us every step of the way. he recommended the perfect pillows for myself and my husband so we purchased them with our bed frame and mattress. Really pleased overall!

Thanks to the care and attention paid to us during our visit by the sales assistant Judy (at the Dreams in Portslade, East Sussex) we were able to purchase the perfect mattress for us. We'd visited on the off chance to look, having previously assumed we would order a memory foam mattress online. Judy was able to explain to us in detail what kind of mattress would suit, based on our needs and sleeping positions. She was hugely knowledgeable and took time to demonstrate mattresses and encourage us to take our time to try various options. Thanks to her kind manner and ability, we purchased a £949 Therapur mattress plus additional items such as Tempur pillows. I'd like to take the opportunity to point out that Judy was the only sales assistant to greet us, and the other two gentleman who were present, made no effort to say hello or acknowledge us, or assist Judy in any way. We found Judy extremely professional and understanding, and really do think she's worth her weight in gold. A lovely and caring individual who really did make our experience enjoyable. Our positive experience is entirely based on how she dealt with us, and sadly this may not have been the case if she was not there.

The staff were very good. They were not too pushy but they were available to help at all times.
