The products were first class the assistance was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Excellent customer service and that is my business so I am in a position to judge.

From the moment we walked into the store the staff were great let us look around then listen to what my mother needed from a mattress showed us one which we liked also others but kept going back to the first and it was in the right price range. When doing the paperwork it was all explained as the lady went through it and again before it was signed then copies given again checking we had everything we needed. Much appreciated by my 84yr old mother.

It was an enjoyable experience and the member of your team gave us plenty of time to consider our choices and was informative and friendly

Really friendly staff who took the time to understand exactly what I want and point me in the right direction without following us around or interfering with us looking at the beds and trying them. Even made a cup of tea!

I told the salesmen what I wanted including price range and was shown all appropriate articles.it was very easy to decide after testing each bed.

Assistant was very helpful in explaining the layout of the store, the colour coding of the different mattresses we where looking at,what was available and made himself available when ever we had a question.
