Helpful assistant

I did both online and in store shopping and found the website easy to use and the visit to the store also easy. The employee greeted us and answered my questions,gave us tea and advised us on pillows and duvets. I can’t comment on the quality etc as the beds haven’t arrived yet.

Having to go through moving house with two small children from abroad was made so much easier with the reassurance and helpfulness of your staff. The quality of the furniture is brilliant for the price and we can not wait to have our bedtime stories and sweet dreams in our new beds.

The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgable. I was given time alone to make my decision and then I had more questions and the answers helped me make my final choice. I was stunned when I was told the order could be delivered on the Friday (it was Monday), I was expecting to wait at least 2 weeks, probably longer. The whole experience was a positive one in every way possible.

We were happy with the attention and understanding of our needs, the sales advisor was all the time reachable, could show and advise on all products which suits our needs and overall we felt very welcomed and taken care of

The whole experience of buying our new mattresses was easy. Steve was extremely helpful and the store was very handy for us.

The assistant was very friendly asking just the right amount of questions to find out what I needed. He was very polite and as this was our second visit in six months he remembered us and greeted us with a smile a hello and the chance to try before buying and explained everything in detail so we were happy. He was not pushy as one sales people can be but attentive but gave us space to browse.

Very helpful and patient salesman as Ibwas with my 83yo mum who is partially sighted. He even offered us a cup of tea! We did take rather a long time choosing. Couldn’t fault the service, he explained everything very well.

The colleague that dealt with us, Steve, was very helpful. He was apologetic about the availability of the product we originally wanted but once we had decided on a different product he was on hand to ensure delivery was processed quickly. He was polite and courteous throughout our whole visit.
