Very good choice of beds. Excellent staff , helpful and knowledgeable but not overly pushy

Salesman showed us around after introducing himself and offering us a drink. We were shown a range of King sized beds and mattresses, then we got back to Rae and went through details of what we were after. Everything was sorted out including a delivery date to suit us. The experience could not have been easier.

The sales advisor, at Dreams Portslade, was Judy. Judy is good at her job. She was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about beds. She listened carefully to what I was looking for and gave a range of options to meet my requirements. I spent far more than I had anticipated, but with clear guidance I was steered towards making an investment in a bed, which I am hoping will help me to sleep better. I didn't necessarily intend on making purchase today, but with Judy's open and positive sales approach, time and patience, I felt in a good position to go for it. Judy even helped me to my car with the pillows I purchased.

We came into Dreams unsure on what bed to buy!. A very helpful and friendly lady came over to us (Judy) asking if we needed any help. As we were looking at the bed's. Judy was so helpful in helping us find the right bed for us. She made us feel very welcome. We also needed a mattress. She took us downstairs to look at all the different types. She placed a pillow under our head's for us to try the mattresse's out.(in which the pillow's we later on brought) Judy was such a help and we found a bed and mattress plus pillows we were so happy with. Judy was such a help in helping us with our need's. As we have had such a excellent service we would highly recommend Dream's. And I don't think we could of got better service. Thank'S to Judy we will buy from Dreams again in the future. Judy is a real credit to your team

no high pressure selling . i asked a member of staff about a product i had seen online - showed me where it was and gave his comments on it . Paperwork and payment process was very straightforward. Will come back again to buy more products.

The salesman was very friendly, especially as we had our three year old daughter with us, who was getting quite bored towards the end. He was also very knowledgeable. The beds are reasonobly priced and set out in an easy to find colour coded way.

We were impressed by the general layout, display and cleanliness of this store and upon arriving were warmly greeted by salesman Kevin who kindly offered us refreshment. This was the first time I visited your store and immediately noticed the easy to understand design of the displays which enabled us to find the most suitable mattress and divan within a very few minutes. When we wanted information Kevin was always attentive and knowledgeable and never was there a time we felt pressure to purchase or particular bias on his part. The entire transaction was a highly pleasant experience and we look forward to receiving the bed we chose which, although over our initial budget, is a luxurious addition to our new home. We wish to thank your colleague Kevin for his attention and professional guidance during our visit and have no hesitation in recommending your company's products and services.

The member of staff who helped us gave us a chance to browse before approaching which was nice. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave us all the info we needed to choose a mattress quickly and easily. Once we'd chosen he was courteous and prompt in helping us pick up some additional pillows and the correct mattress protector and sorting the order. All told we were in and out in 15 minutes, great experience.

Warmly greeted when entering the store and offered a welcome cup of tea! Allowed all the time required to browse at leisure but able to freely ask any relevant questions concerning the intended purchase. The entire visit was highly enjoyable and provided the utmost customer satisfaction throughout by an unrushed and professional approach from the sales person.This was my first visit into a Dreams showroom and one that I shall gladly recommend.

Very helpful service from Jamie. We wanted a specific base layout and he immediately took us to the options we had. He then explained the colour coding of the mattresses so it was easy to locate our preference and try them out. We were then guided through the purchase and the extras and everything clearly explained.
