Dreams - Brighton

As we entered the store my wife and I were greeted by Rae, very nice chap who then offered us a tea or coffee to wander round the store with. Raes knowledge was incredible and guided us to the right product that suited us. We also had a great pillow demo which resulted in us buying two new tempur cloud pillows. From start to finish Rae was excellent, never pushed us into a purchase which I personally prefer and left us to it. When we required assistance Rae was always available to answer any questions we had, great experience all round and made our decision easy to purchase from Dreams.

This was my first visit to Dreams and I was very impressed with the service. The gentleman ( Martin ) who served us was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He took so much trouble explaining the pros and cons of the beds which would suit my particular problems. I would certainly recommend Dreams.

Sales people were extremely knowledgeable, and explained things to me when I asked for more information. They also gave me enough time on my own to try out the beds - great balance between attentiveness and letting me wander round on my own. I didn't feel any pressure, and that was really important to me.

The Sales Assistant was very helpful and provided us with all the help and advice we needed and then allowed us the time and space to view at our leisure. I was with my son who needed a new bed. We selected the mattress for his new bed and I was so impressed, I called the next day to order a new mattress for my bed.

We offered service when we came in, gave us some relevant information then he left us to look around. He then came back to us to give us some more information on the items we were looking at. Than went through the options of paying and delivery times

very nice satff, Steve was very helpful. Everyone was knowledgeable and very honest which is just what we needed

The store assistant Ray was very friendly & professional. He allowed me time to browse uninterrupted and once I places my order, he was very helpful. No delivery date has been arranged as this was unavailable- not Rays fault and probably down to stock being sold over the bank holiday. Overall a very positive experience and I hope the bed arrives soon. Thank you

The colleague who served us was very knowledgeable polite and generally interested in what we have wanted and he made us both a cup of tea.

The sales person gave us good advice. They were not pushy. Sales person was Relaxed sound and transparent. It was like talking to a friend . We were given time to test the products and ask questions. Kevin understood our requirements pointed us in the right direction and gave us the respect to make up our minds which the information to hand. So very impressed! Sincere thanks.
