My wife and I called into your Brighton Branch to view beds as we awaiting an imminent move to another town and a new bed is required. We had an excellent tour of the store with detailed explanations of choosing the right mattress and also an appropriate bed to provide an uninterrupted pleasant nights sleep. Based on the information that was imparted, we were able to select the most appropriate mattress and also try it out (with a cup of tea thrown in). The bed was much easier to choose with the type of bed, colour and type that appealed to us, easy to find. The final price was an even better surprise as we had inadvertently visited the store at the end of the Autumn sale.

When we went into our Branch at Portslade a member of staff said good morning and introduced himself (Kevin) and offered us tea/coffee. He did not pressure us into any decisions and left us to browse at our leisure and he said we could approach him if and when we need help. When we went to him a little later he explained fully the options regarding ottoman beds and how they work etc. When we placed our order he was very polite and explained each stage. It was overall a pleasant and easy transaction

Had exactly the right sofa bed for me, didn’t get hassled while I was looking, yet when I wanted assistance staff more than helpful, and didn’t pressurise me.

We found the Dreams representative Steve extremely helpful and answered all our questions knowledgeably. He was keen that we found what we really wanted rather than sell us anything

Customer service was outstanding. I purchased the wrong size mattress only to realise this when we got home and had opened the mattress to unfold out. I rang the next day and spoke to a guy at the store to see if long shot I could exchange for the bigger size ( didn’t think this would be ok as it was out of the packaging) but to my surprise I got a call back saying if I could bring it back down I could swap it. I got it in the car and drove back down to the store and 2 lovely guys helped get it in the shop and got me another mattress the Correct size. I paid the difference and went to buy a new correct size sheet but there were computer delays so the guy let me keep the sheet for free. Excellent service and so very helpful to me at an awkward situation! Thank you
