Judy the assistant was wonderful. She also has an invalid mother and knew exactly what the problems were and how to overcome them when buying the bed. My Mother is 101 and Judy's understanding of the problems was right on the button as they say! We cannot rate her highly enough.

Martin was extremely helpful helping us to find the right mattress, he showed us different mattresses and the firmness of them he let us try them out and told us to take our time to make sure it suited us. He also offered and made us a drink

Judy was very knowledgable but didn’t feel like she was trying the hard sell. She listened to what we wanted and gave us time to consider! She was great in knowing how to help us.

The staff member who attended (Kevin) was very knowledgeable and helpful . He had a can do , no pressure attitude and was respectful . We have not yet received our products but we hope our purchase will meet our expectations as in the showroom ! Other members of staff were also very helpful (we visited 3 times in 3 days to make sure we were measured up okay and doing the right thing for our circumstances) . We looked at various items and were given good advice on all .
