Excellent staff and knowledge. Very helpful. Very clean show room. Made a lovely cup of tea as we were the first customers of the day. Even opened early as we were waiting.

We were shown a variety of options for the bed and base, tried several. Judy was very helpful and recognised our needs and preferences. She was not pushy or dogmatic. Very welcoming.

It was a friendly atmosphere, and the staff were not too overbearing when initially looking. We were given good advice about products and alternatives

Knowledgable member of staff who was helpful but also didn’t pressurise us. We were given a drink on arrival. The price we paid for a mattress on offer was excellent.

Good selection of products, good prices (January Sale), knowledgeable but not pushy sales assistant who was happy for us to leave to check the goods in a neighbouring bed retailer, but then made us very welcome when we returned for a second look at Dreams 10mins later.

Kevin approached us and offered us tea or coffee. Left us to browse for a bit. Came back to check on us and quickly showed us where the different types of mattresses were. Found out what type of mattress we were after and recommended a few to lay down on and try. He wasn't pushy and left us to browse again. We were in the store for about 30 min. I looked up at him and he saw "The buying signal" and came back and closed the deal. Very happy

We were extremely pleased with the service we received from your store. Martin, the salesman, was very knowledgeable and put us at ease from the moment he approached us. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Dreams to family and friends.

When we entered the store a member of staff greeted us asking if we needed help. My wife responded that we were browsing. We were told to ask if we needed assistance. We did need help and advice on four or five occasions and found it was readily forthcoming and very helpful. Guy dealt with us throughout in a nice and professsional manner. We never felt under pressure in fact we were very much made to feel at ease.
