Great friendly service seen by a lovely lady called Judy who was most helpful with my disabilities and needs. Was also offered tea and coffee which I have never known in other shops which I thought was a lovely gesture

The salesman was knowledgeable, efficient and very courteous and friendly. He listened well to my needs and did not push any particular products. He helpfully endorsed the mattress that I chose. The salesman clearly knew his work well and efficiently arranged delivery.

Staff knew what they were on about, didn't feel like I was being pressured into a sale and I walked out of the door with exactly what I wanted.
