Knowledgable staff made it easy to pick the right mattress for us and delivered on time in a delivery slot just a few days after despite the heavy snow fall. A very smooth experience all round.

I found exactly what I wanted. I received every assistance from Steve. Delivery has been arranged to a date that suits me. Actual delivery has yet to take place but sounds to be well planned and helpful.

The gentleman who served us (Steve I think) was excellent. He knew exactly where to point us and gave great advice without being at all pushy. He took me through the credit application quickly and clearly so I knew exactly what I was signing up for. Can’t wait for the new bed to arrive now.

We visited your store in Hove on a fact finding mission .We were greeted by a very polite ,helpful and friendly member of staff . He was able to answer all our questions ,listened to our needs and made suitable suggestions. We left the store with all this information so we could think it over . Being very satisfied with the service , information and the products available we retuned the following day to place our order. We were served by the same member of staff who dealt with order in an efficient way . At the end of our second visit the staff member thanked us for returning to him at the store. We purchased three king size beds in total .

Buying a bed and mattress can be stressful. Trying to make up your mind, the huge choice of the stock, and price of course. My daughter and I arrived only to look and decide later. With the help, advice,coffee, good explanations of all questions we asked, and very good advice I was able to decide there and then to purchase straight away. That's the kind of shopping we like, good rapport with the staff, the freedom to try without the (hovering) assistant) and have a laugh as well. Well done Dreams more like Martin. Very very enjoyable experience. Left the store very happy indeed. Thank you.

I know I was the first one in , I was immediately greeted, I knew exactly what I wanted and the sales colleague knew exactly what I meant and showed me 3 different options, very easy and friendly and relaxed left me to try out the different mattresses without trying to sell me anything or giving me a long spiel , the product was of a very good quality and the whole shop was very presentable and when it came to deliver it was to the point and lots of options to choose from, thank you for making it easy and relaxing for me, lovely , good quality product and being in the sale was a bonus,
