First of all great service, college approached Us straight away which i was happy about and helped me and my mum find the perfect bed with the perfect mattress at a very good price.

Assistance available but no pressure while in store.Given plenty of time to look at products and come to a decision.

We were very happy with the service we received the staff were very helpful and friendly the order was placed efficiently and delivery was offered to our convince, will highly recommend Dreams to family and friends!

Very helpful staff

The assistant gave us all the information we needed to make the correct choice for us. He wasn't pushy and left us to discuss it. We even went to other retailers after visiting the store and came back to make the purchase.

We were served by Kevin. His no pressure attitude was superb. Super helpful without being pushy. He told us all about the different types of beds, and then left us to lay on them all and test them out. He came over to make sure we were ok, and then helped us to make our final decision when we had got it down to two beds.

The sales person was excellent. Enjoyed the coffee and the open friendly approach. Efficient and relaxed experience.

A sales assistant called Kevin came straight over to me to ask if I wanted any help, I told him I would like time to try every bed and he was t pushy at all and didn’t follow me everywhere I went, yet he did occasionally come over to make sure I was getting on ok with choosing a bed. He was very helpful, and knowledgable on the products.
