I needed a new mattress because I have had sever back ache - and Martin who served me was most helpful in advising me of the type of mattress which would be the best I like the machine which worked out what I really needed - there was no high pressure selling - just very good help and advise - I come from a family of retail shop keepers and I have worked in sales so I know the best way to look after a customer and that is what I got from Martin So thank you for the help

Steve was very helpful, we found the bed we wanted straight away, Steve helped us pick the perfect mattress we wanted as well and the process of ordering was easy.

As young adults who have never bought a new mattress before, we felt very overwhelmed. As soon as we came into store, Guy was amazing! He made us feel at ease, showed us the ‘mattress guide’ bed and talked us through everything. He showed us all the mattress’ suitable for our sleeping style and helped us choose. We feel very confident with our purchase and we felt very at ease once supported by Guy.

Staff member was amazing, she helped us at every turn, one of the best customers service staff I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. 10/10 for her.

I needed a new mattress urgently for my elderly parents. Joshua asked if he could help. Normally I would say no as I like to look around first but this time I had no idea where to start. So I told him what I needed and as soon as possible and he showed me two options. I chose the second and found they had them in stock and I could take it with me. I also needed a water proof protector, Joshua suggested the 8 year warrantee that includes the protector. So I went for that. It is difficult to choose a mattress for someone else but, in this case it was successful, my parents like it and are sleeping better.

The guy we spoke with was very nice and super helpful. We will come back there in the future in case we may need to do a new purchase

You in store representative was very patient and helpful (when needed )and also left us enough time to shop without the need to force the sale giving us the time we require to make our decision.
