Staff member was very friendly very knowledgeable and didn't pressure us just gave goid advice

The process was very efficient from meet and greet through understanding our needs to finding the right product and explaining our options and meeting our expectations

We were invited to go on the 'bed match' machine/beds. Within minutes we were directed to the beds best suited to our requirements. The sales assistant was very helpful and not pushy at all. A lovely relaxed purchasing experience.

Staff were friendly but not overpowering and trying to force sales , we were given space and time and able to ask questions as and when we needed too

Have bought mattresses from Dreams over the years and always found them good to deal with. Hence my return to buy another mattress.

It was nice to walk into the store, have a little mooch ourselves first and then be approached by a member of staff, we weren’t bombarded as soon as we walked through the door. Marcus was very knowledgable and friendly. We went in with a budget in mind and he got it spot on, without compromising on quality or looks!

This is 3rd trip to same store to buy beds( now 4 beds or mattresses bought from here ) Easy to park. Plenty of staff and fairly quick overall.

Store colleague was extremely knowledgeable and seemed passionate about the products. Explained the sleep match technology, which is great, and also made sure we were comfortable, with teas/coffees etc. Found the perfect mattress based on the results and even provided a pillow to try out the different options.
