We were served by Marcus at the Bridgend store who was once again very knowledgable and very helpful in finding us the bed that we were looking for.

I was highly satisfied with the service received. Mike was attentive and knowledgeable. The sleep match machine is fantastic and we hope that following the guides we have selected the correct mattress. Mike was pleasant and friendly also offering us a drink whilst we were there. Thank you.

Very clean bright and well presented store. Staff were very helpful and polite not too pushy hate being chased around a store with staff pushing for a sale they gave us time to browse and choose the product we wanted.

Marcus, was very welcoming and gave us chance to look around before asking if we needed assistance, which was nice. Nothing worse than being hounded and pounced upon as soon as you walk into a store. We were offered welcome drinks and made to feel very comfortable from the time we arrived. We did the sleep match test and given pillows to allow us to have the full idea when trying the mattress which were match to us. We even end up purchasing the mattress that we were first matched with. Highly recommend and treat customer service. Thank you Marcus.
