knowledgable staff, friendly but not pushy. Took time for me to try out beds. Offered drinks and fetched the items I was looking for so I didn't have to search for them myself. Excellent service.

My husband and I were very satisfied with our experience . We were not ready to buy a bed that day, we only went in for a look but Marcus greeted us and made us feel comfortable with just browsing. Since we need a bed anyway after chatting with Marcus ,who knew his products, we decided to go ahead and try the simulator , then the beds chosen. He also gave us a pillow which I will be buying when we get our bed. The experience was a lot less fraught than I imagined it to be. Going through the paperwork wasn't a chore either and we were offered a drink whilst doing so. 0verall a very good experience.
