At the time of selecting our beds the assistant Matthew was very helpful but not pushy. He mad us feel like he knew what we were talking about and didn't interrupt or but in. He offered us hot drinks and made us feel like we were very important and that his advice was very useful. The price of the bed was very good and within our budget and it was exactly what we were looking for as the shop floor had a variety of beds to choose from.Overall Matthew was a perfect sales assistant and that is what made our experience fantastic.

On my visit to the store I found the products that I required at the price I was willing to pay also got an assistant who had the knowledge and information to all my questions and the delivery was an acceptable timescale so overall I was very satisfied with my days shopping.

We went to the Dreams store in Forster Square Retail park in Bradford West Yorkshire. Ruby approached us as we walked in and we gave her a brief idea as to what we were looking for. Ruby was very efficient and knew the products in store very well. She offered us tea or coffee and explained that we were welcome to lay down and see how the beds felt. We felt that she helped us to make an informed decision about our purchase. Ruby was extremely polite and professional throughout the process.
