A mattress is a big purchase and I was wary of choosing one but the assistant was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and didn't mind that I tried the mattresses numerous times.

The young man called Javaid from foster square retail park was absolutely fantastic in his help and knowledge, he even tried to get us a earlier delivery date

When we got there the sales advisor, approached us to ask if we needed any help and was approachable. He helped when we were asking about the mattress (we were looking for a specific one that we'd seen on the internet) and he was able to find it for us. We found that he was relaxed, not pushy, but helpful at the same time. He went through the information and explained it well. He offered us a cup of tea/ coffee which I thought was a nice touch. I've been to other companies selling furniture, and the staff seem overly pushy, which puts me off. The delivery team kept us well informed about the delivery of the mattress, which was due to be delivered on Friday when we had the extreme weather. They informed my partner days in advance that the delivery may need to re-organised due to the weather. It worked out that they were able to deliver on Friday anyway, but we were very impressed with how they kept us updated and that they informed us in advance.

A very pleasant shopping trip to Dreams Bradford , Forster Square Retail pask. We had never been to Dreams Bradford before. We had to search it on Google as it was no longer where we believed it to be. It was extremely easy to find, parking was available at the door of the shop and on entering we were greeted by friendly ,smiling staff who were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the vast array of different mattresses available in the store. I was shopping with my 91 year old mother . We were immediately offered a coffee and a seat while Javaid explained the difference between the mattresses available and then he showed us and let us try ( with a pillow) the various mattresses. Like a true gentleman he then left us time alone to consider our needs and to decide whether the perfect mattress for us was there in the store. It was! Thank you Javaid and Dreams. Your customer service was excellent and we left the Bradford store as two very content customers, eagerly awaiting the arrival of our purchase( which we were amazed will be delivered to our home within a week. ) I can not recommend strongly enough Dreams Bradford for anyone searching a mattress and/or bed. Thank you Dreams.
