Salesman, Matthew was most polite and helpful with helping us pick the correct mattress that suited our requirements. He was most professional and knowledgeable about the products. No pressure or unnecessary sales talk was put on us.

There was a great range of products and the colleague (Matthew) was very knowledgeable and effiecient. He was pleasant and made us feel comfortable in making our purchase.

I was allowed to look around the store to see which item I was interested in then dealt with in a friendly and professional manner.

I was left to look independently for a few minutes before the salesperson greeted me and asked if I was looking for something in particular. I explained and the dalespamerson (Tanya) pointed me in the right direction then allowed me to look for myself (which I liked very much). I then asked for help and advice, which she gave based on what I was looking for. She was extremely helpful then withdrew to allow me to look again with the possibility of making a decision and, therefore, a purchase. Tanya was very pleasant and polite throughout the sale transaction. I was very impressed and very pleased she made it so easy. The other members of staff were equally as pleasant, passing the time of day and one even made me a coffee. Excellent service.

Tanya was very friendly and approachable, even offering tea or a coffee. She was very knowledgeable about the products and took the time to as what it was that I was after and how much I was wanting to spend. The store was welcoming and all other members of staff were friendly.

As we arrived at the store we was greeted buy a smile and a friendly welcome from Tanya. She was very help full and was a fast purchase
