We were greeted on entering the store, our needs and preferences were listened to and the salesman immediately took us to the product we ended up purchasing.

The store had plenty of choice and I was able to find just what I wanted in a short period of time. Plus the staff were professional, efficient, helpful and friendly. My purchase was completed within 45 minutes.

Upon arrival to your Bradford store my partner and I were warmly welcomed by a Dreams adviser named Chris. He asked if we were specifically looking for anything, we mentioned a new mattress. He happily explained the different types and colour codes that you use to determine the level of mattress. Upon noticing I was heavily pregnant he kindly asked to make a suggestion to ensure a high level of comfort and allowed us time to look around and test the mattresses out. After some time he returned and asked how we were getting on, by this time we had decided on a Tempur mattress and were now looking at beds! Chris was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and we enjoyed a good chat and laugh together, this made the visit much more fun (as shopping for beds/mattresses can be a bit of a bore) and relaxed. He was able to let us know about items on clearance and slats that are the best for the bed and why. Chris acknowledged that comfort and a good nights sleep was paramount for me being pregnant and for after the birth, he hilariously mentioned the waterproof cover that is free (bonus) for the water break! We ended up buying the lot! Nice one! Chris thanks you legend, LOL dude LOL!

Mathew was extremley friendly and attentive to my needs. He was a pleasure to deal with. I planned on pyrchasing a mattress from anothet store and just the base from Dreams but he showed me an altetnative and was very helpful. He was a DREAM to deal with!

I would like to say the gentleman who was helping me and talking to me through the beds and the prices and was very helpful and custoner service was excellent and very polite also he understood.i was shopping for my wife and did not rush me and explained everything to me in details.
