I was highly satisfied with the service Javaid gave me at his store in Foster square Bradford, because he explained all the questions I had about the different types of mattresses and his up to date product knowledge and latest technology and clearly explained the terms and conditions of the insurance,all this really impressed me. He spent at least 40 mins showing me the different types of mattresses and latest recommendations eg MUMSNET, Actgel, actibreeze, natural fibres and the benefits of each. Also the difference in pillowtop and normal mattresses, effect of the amount of pocket springs etc. His patience with me was excellent and allowed me and my wife decide for ourselves which mattress to buy even when we were there after closing time around 810pm and bought the best product.

We were dealt with in a friendly and helpful manner in calm and peaceful surroundings. We were not rushed in any way and our questions were answered fully and efficiently. In all a pleasant experience in buying a long overdue mattress.

We had an idea what we wanted before we went in to the store, and once we had decided what we wanted, the whole process of buying the bed and pillows was painless. The support from staff was friendly and informative, but not intrusive. A good experience all round.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by an assistant called Iqra. As a first time customer coming into Dreams, we were heavily pleased with the assistance we got. She provided us with a cup of coffee and gave excellent communication and advice for what we were looking for. She helped show us around the showroom to help us find the perfect bed, giving us a substantial amounts of feedback about the product we were seeking, with great dedication and care.

The staff were very friendly & helpful.There was a wide range of items on display & there was no pressure to buy any items.The prices were competitive compared to other stores that we visited.
