Very friendly and helpful sales person but not over bearing.

Reason I was highly satisfied with my experience at the Dreams store is due to the customer service I had. I was never pushed to buy something never felt pressured I was given extensive product knowledge catered to every question no matter how detailed. I was given the options of laying on the different beds even brought the pillows to help with my comfort levels to the range of devices you sell and how they help. It was not just myself but my family that was also included and informed in the entire experience of this sale which was one of the main reasons I chose yourself to your other competitors too. One specific moment I remember very vividly and have never had is on our second return to the store was when me and my family were offered complimentary tea etc. On a last note I would highly recommend this store to my family and friends I will definitely be returning soon.

Lovely and prompt service Informative

We visited the store twice, once to just browse then to buy a product, Christopher was there both times and remembered us from the first time, he was lovely and chatty and made the purchase very easy. The store its self was lovely and well set up.

Our sales assistant, Tanya, was very helpful, friendly and most importantly, not pushy. She showed us the different ranges and let us try the different mattresses. Tanya also answered any questions that we asked. She really knew her stuff. She also left us to discuss which mattress we wanted and ticked all of our boxes. She explained everything about the returns policy, that must use the protective cover. And about the extra cover. Tanya is definitely an asset to your company.
