Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Really good customer service skills. Chris was a really helpful and made our purchase and finance process quick and efficient.

The assitants we spoke to were very helpful including bringing out the mattress we were interested in from the storeroom so that we could test it.

We were greeted as soon as we entered the store by Javid the store manager. He was friendly professional and had excellent knowledge of the products. It was a truly excellent customer experience We had no hesitation in making a purchase.

Wow Jav & Iqra were absolutely brilliant very friendly and lovely staff who couldn’t do enough for us felt like firm friends after visit. Nothing was too much trouble for them and Thanks to them we made the right purchase friendly and happy atmosphere . came out after a lovely shopping experience wud definately go back . The sales staff were not pushy to sell and were very helpful in supplying me a tape measure to ensure the bed would fit in the location. They were not disheartened when I took a day to contemplate the purchase and measure up for a second time. This resulted in me returning to the same store for the purchase even though I live an equal distance between 2 of your stores.

We originally went in to see one mattress we'd seen online but after speaking to Chris the sales assistant he advised us of another mattress that we liked a lot more and was still within our price range. Really pleased with the service we received.

Product knowledge exceptional considering only the one assistant in the store dealt with all customers in friendly and helpful way allowing us plenty of time to explore different mattresses

The advice, ordering process and friendliness of the employee in the store was very good. I never find shopping for beds easy but the employee helped to make it a satisfactory experience, thank you.
